When even government employees become alert
Its a very common perception that the government employees hardly show their aggravation in work, rather they find excuses not to work. This concept has been spread like a fire mainly because of the poor services encountered by the common people at large in various government departments.
The fact of life remains that most of the government employees take salary as their rights and hardly bother whether they are really devoting themselves in productivity.
The large number of people perhaps belong to that group.We can site an example, a visitor looking for collecting Western Union remittance has to sit in the Post office for 2 hours. The excuses are highly ridiculous like the post master has gone home for bath and the computer operator is late because of traffic jam! Does even the government expect that poor person to turn back to that post office for any future needs? Who looses out?
It is ultimately the government as these unfit unethical people are paid by the taxes collected from the public at large.
It has been proved that some top officials have been tried to exhibit resilience to such idiotic attitude of people, but they had to restrain themselves because of various political pressure. Employees’ Union hardly opposes this system, rather their direct and indirect indulgence has fueled the fire. This is also true that the senior people also suffer from such habit, which supplies the oxygen to the beginners.
Unfortunately the tradition continues!
