Web Development is no longer in it’s infancy, rather we can tell, the glimpse and glitters of web have attracted a lot of professionals from different associated segments with varied functional expertise. Surely the influx has enabled the web development to differentiate between good and bad, worth and worthless.

The traditional concept of software development already had faced a challenge during the inception of CORBA or COM technologies, where we have noticed even Oracle to support Java and other platforms. Had mid nineties been a signal for a new beginning, 2008 has allowed enough jestation period to the technology, functionality and innovation to give it a formal shape.

If we look at the versatile trend today, perhaps PHP and MySQL has become the leader immediately followed by Microsoft . (Dot) Net technologies, where asp.net is used in collaboration with SQL Server or Access or even MySQL. The significant advantage is that most of the windows hosting support MySQL and its given free.

The cross browser and platform independent applications have become the trend and with the overwhelming popularity of Internet and it’s global pentration level, the platform independent application will long last, as we believe.

We feel, the focus will be more on security and completely inter portable applications, which is possible today due to invent of so many technologies, which are practically governing today’s web world.
